Manufacturing Engineer : NC Programmer
Our client is an industry leader in assembly, forging and machining for highly engineered automotive components and we are actively seeking an NC programming manufacturing engineer to work at our Battle Creek, MI facility.


Job Description
This position will allow you to utilize your experience in NC Programming at a progressive modern facility. Duties include:


Organize and supervise the data base of the NC programs
.

Control all the programs in the machine shop and keep the originals and the histories.
.

Manage the operators to handle the programs under the rules which will be established by this engineer.

Monitor equipment and maintain a well run work station.


Requirements
We are very interested in talking to candidates with the following qualifications:


Experience with NC Programming from 1 year +.


Automotive experience and previous Japanese owned business experience a plus

Forging and machining background

Stable work history
