Our Pevely facility is seeking a NDT and Welding Supervisor to expand the quality culture within the company through ensuring that all systems are in place and implemented to produce products to meet or exceed commercial standards or specific customer standards.? Our markets are changing, both in customers and expectations, and this is a prime opportunity for the right individual to contribute to personal and group success.? Position responsibilities will include:? ??Oversee NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), RT (Radiography Technology) ? Level II Required, PT (Penetrant Testing) ? Level II Required and VT (Visual Inspection).? Oversee Welding Certification and Procedures.? Assist in developing and maintaining Quality Systems.

Candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills along with demonstrated problem solving and leadership abilities.? We are seeking an energetic person with a Bachelors degree.? Must have experience with ISO 9001-2000 or other high level system.? Experience with AS9100, NADCAP and Six Sigma preferred.? Foundry or Job Shop experience is a plus.? Must have three or more years of Quality System experience.? The candidate should be experienced in working independently, and as a member of a team, to meet deadlines and improve the department.???
