This position is responsible for the management of customer orders from selecting the equipment, quoting, and verification of final destination delivery for assigned accounts. Specific duties include and are not limited to: Enter, review, modify, and update customer orders as needed Prepare equipment quotes for NA customers Researching and resolving customer complaints and issues Working closely with other vital departments such as load planning, credit, billing, shipping, demand based planning, etc. Communicating daily with customers via phone, fax, e-mail, etc. Performing daily maintenance to customer orders to ensure timely delivery based on customer demand. Collaborating with York/JCI sales offices and distributors to deliver premier customer service
Extremely customer-focused and detail-oriented High School diploma or equivalent as minimum; 4 year college degree preferred Customer Service Skills to support a balance of company and customer goals Excellent telephone skills Proficiency on keyboard and 10-key Proactive mindset with excellent follow-through skills Computer literacy in Windows and MS Office applications Ease of communication with all levels of management
