Job duties include the following:

Comply with OSHA and company safety and hygiene standards
Promote safety in each and every task performed
Coordinate activities of blow mold operators and warehouse loaders
Shut down and restart machinery
Checks safety devices before starting the machine
Perform quality checks
Monitor and adjust equipment for quality production
Maintain clean environment
Resolves process problems
Prepares & documents production reports, including rejects, regrinds, approved products & other
Perform audits, weights and quality checks
Run Blow Mold  and debagger machines
Change blow pins and inserts
Repair air, water, hydraulic leaks and other minor problems with machinery
Communicate with plant manager to address any need for improvement
Assist in the training of entry-level operators

Knowledge of Uniloy machines preferred.  Must be familiar with blow mold machine operations, ability to work in a team environment and the ability to understand and use basic math.
