Night Shift Manager

Night Shift Manager

Austin Counter Tops is the leading producer of counter tops in Central Texas. We have an immediate need for a Night Shift Manager in our cultured marble plant. Hours are 6:30 p.m. ? 5:00 a.m. Mon-Fri. Will supervise a team of 15 initially, with potential of increased staff based on business growth.

Candidates must fluently read and speak Spanish and English. Experience supervising a diverse workforce in manufacturing is required. Knowledge of cultured marble production is ideal. Must have demonstrated leadership and motivation skills, be a quick learner, detail oriented and a motivated self-starter. Drug testing and physical required.
