OD/ID Grinder

Job Responsibilities :

* Maintain Valtrak database
* Enter sales orders in MK
* Maintain specific project document control, including handling actual transmittal sheets for submittal, collect data to be submitted and track submittals to customer requirements.
* Generate project progress reports as directed by the Project Manager
* Follow-up with customers for document approval
* Follow-up with our other locations for order status and shipment information
* Maintain contract files.

Knowledge/Skill Requirements:

* Customer Interface
* PC proficiency (Word/Excel/Access)
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
