OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:
? Assist with the oversight of operations, staffing, training and development, and overall performance of the campus
? Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the campus?s administrative, educational, finance and technology functions
? Utilize data, statistical analysis and reporting methodologies to ensure implementation of appropriate performance metrics and reporting tools to achieve superior organizational performance
? Model and promote our Company values to foster an organizational culture that attracts and retains top talent

Requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree in Business, Education or a related field is required; an Advanced degree is preferred
? At least 7 years of leadership/management experience (manufacturing or retail industry is helpful, but not required)
? Previous budgeting experience is required
? Strong analytical abilities
? Successful project management experience
? Ability to travel up to 25%
? Ability to successfully manage large groups/staffs
? Successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Phoenix for 1-2 years for training
? Upon successful completion of training, the candidate may be relocated with a promotion to Direct one of our 10 campuses
