ORDER FULFILLMENT MANAGER

Nationally recognized company with key St. Louis area operations has a need for experienced and motivated Order Fulfillment leader who is hands on and not afraid to jump right into the mix.  This is a key position, and is responsible for ensuring all orders are picked and ready for shipment nationwide.

 

Responsibilities:

 

q Overseeing the entire order picking operation

q Ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and ready for shipping in a timely manner

q Maintain acceptable levels of product to support the order fulfillment operation

q Provide both leadership and direction to all staff members

q Establish controls, measurements and operating procedures for the order picking operations

q Ensure that all procedures produce timely, cost effective, and accurate pick/pack order processing

q Interview, hire, and train staff members

 

Qualifications:

 

q 2+  years experience working in Order Fulfillment/Picking operation

q 3+ years of direct supervisory experience

q Must have warehouse and/or stockroom experience

q Must have strong people skills, and the ability to motivate and promote teamwork

q Ability to plan and implement operating improvements

q Ability identify and anticipate production and operation needs

q Strong background in inventory systems is a plus
