We have an exceptional opportunity in the New Orleans, Louisiana area for a Oil Field Market Manager to devlop and implement an integrated, value based approach to sales for our customers in the Gulf Coast.  As a career Sales Professional you must be able to leverage your knowledge and understanding of various customer businesses to create and deliver solutions to customer needs.  Proven  track record in teamworking with other manufacturing, distribution, and regional management teams is required.  Will be responsible for the development and implementation of Advance Action Plans for a territory spanning, the Gulf Coast including, Louisana, Texas and Mississippi; developing and reaching pricing, market share, volume and profitability targets; and collecting and minimizing receivables.

 

The right candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills; expert presentator, writing and delivery skills are a must.  Strong organizational skills, and expert PC skills in using standard office applications are required.  Individuals who are driven, self starters with a proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic market environment with a willingness to improve and grow their skill sets in preparation for future advancement opportunities are encouraged to apply.

 

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Sales, or Business is required.  An MBA or other Master's level degree in a relavant field is preferred

 

A minimum of 3 years of Sales and Marketing experince is required and experience in a construction related, Cement, or Oil industry is preferred.  Applicants must have a very solid knowledge of cement technology and cementious systems.
