Oligo Production Scheduler

In this position you will be responsible for:

? Backorder monitoring & status reporting
? Prepare production batch records & dispatch orders into oligo production queues
? Process order completion & SAP inventory transactions
? Work closely with Production, internal customer service groups (globally), IT, Product Management,
? Participate in new product introduction planning, including testing
? Monitor and respond to department email box for order inquiry
? Report production system bugs or bugs related to customer complaints

Desired Experience:

? SAP ? Oracle ? MS Excel ? MS Word ? MS Access (preferred)
? Production scheduling experience

Flexible scheduling ? need to be able to work occasional overtime to meet daily production/customer needs. May need to work shift between day & swing, (e.g. 11am-7:30pm)
