Operations Associate/Driver - MN

Currently Netflix is looking for an operations associate that will also have occasional driving responsiblities.

Responsibilities:
* Receive and visually inspect DVD's from customer returns
* Package DVD's for shipping and scan barcodes
* Load/Unload truck for delivery to Postal Distribution Center and Operations Center
* Work with Postal Distribution Center for approval of shipments
* Drive shipments between Postal Distribution Center and Operations Center
* Process mailers for transporting to post office, including shipping, tabbing and postal sorting

Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule.

This is a temp to regular position that offers excellent benefits once converted to a Netflix employee.

Requirements:
* 1 year assembly or food service experience
* Ability to push 100 lbs. +
* Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
* Good attendance record
* Valid driver's license
* Clean DMV record & drug screen - DMV record subject to periodic review
* Must meet DOT physical exam certification requirements
* May be subject to random drug testing following initial screen
* Willing to work overtime
* Good communication skills
* Must be punctual
* Goal oriented with positive attitude
* Experience driving a 24' truck and/or cargo van is a plus
* High School or GED
