Operations Manager/Director

A rapidly growing, cutting edge medical device manufacturer is seeking a take charge visionary to direct future growth while managing the day to day functions in a busy, multi-shift operation.

Our firm has been retained to find a Rain maker whose feet are firmly planted on the ground! To succeed in this position you will need to have a strong bias to action, a firm grasp of emerging technology, experience managing manufacturing operations in a cGMP, FDA environment, experience with automated and hand assembly as well as the ability to lead improvements on the floor.

The company is rapidly moving from hand to automated assembly and you will oversee that transition. Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a big plus.
