PRINCIPAL FACILITIES ENGINEER

This position is located in Lebanon, NH and is responsible for designing plant facilities, including both the internal structure and the external structure, to provide a first class operation in an economical manner.? In addition, responsible for the overseeing of construction both internally and externally of the facility.


Other duties also include the following:

Responsible for the?design of new facilities, plant expansions, relocations and renovations, including design of plant layouts to maximize use of facilities in an innovative and economical manner. ?

Responsible?for maintaining knowledge of best practices and new technologies in area of facilities, utilities, HVAC, etc.

Oversee the construction of building projects, such as giving direction to contractors and vendors.

Incumbent's performance of all tasks must be largely self-directed, requiring minimal supervision.

Schedule and coordinate equipment moves to minimize production downtime.?

This position will require overseas travel and adjusting to different cultures.


Requirements:? Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent with 5 - 7 years experience. Facilities or Tool Room management experience.?Precision manufacturing and clean room environment.
Desired: Supervisory experience with skilled trades.
