Our client, a heavy equipment company, is looking for a PRODUCT SUPPORT REP to join their successful Mining Equipment team.  As the newest vital member of this well respected company, you will be responsible for assisting the dealer network and their customers with installation, commissioning, and after sale support of their products.  Are detail oriented, self motivated, and have an extensive follow-up?  Are you ready to take on this amazing new position?

 

TO QUALIFY, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

 

?  An Associates Degree or better

?  10+ years experience in the heavy equipment industry

?  A solid background in product support

?  A comprehensive understanding of hydraulic and electrical system principles and operations

?  Proven managerial and administrative skills, including computer literacy

?  Ability to work well within a team environment and to work with a diverse customer base

?  Ability to travel
