PRODUCTION MANAGER - STRENGTHS IN OTC, AEROSOL

We are searching for a talented, hands-on Production Manager ready for the next career step in a quality driven OTC manufacturing environment. Your immediate challenge in this position will be to lead your department while increasing and developing relationships, identifying improvements and ensuring efficiency, quality output and increased product volumes.  Relationship building is vital as you guide your key team leaders in achieving clearly attainable aggressive goals. This position is ideal for a top performer - ready to achieve at the next level!

Your prior experience leading these departments will provide the knowledge base necessary to coordinate the efforts of compounding, production, filling and maintenance operations in this state of the art OTC drug manufacturing facility.  Your technical experience in product quality assurance, knowledge of Quality Standards and experience in aerosol and stick OTC product packaging standards, (TPP & FDA) cGMP regulations including ISO will be vital as you guide the efforts and assist in further developing the skill sets of the staff reporting to you.


Ideal candidate will be improvement driven with track record of upward promotion and:
Technical Degree - preferably in Packaging, any Engineering, Manufacturing  (will consider any technical discipline) or Related Field is preferred (10 yrs applicable experience will be considered in lieu of degree) Minimum of 5 Years in a Manufacturing or Industrial Environment Must have supervisory experience in prior/current position
