THIS IS A HANDS ON supervisory position. This is a temp to hire position, paying $13-15 per hour, depending on experience. Do you seek out challenges? We are looking for a Lead who is ready and willing to take on any and all challenges that our client will face as they grow. Working with the Operations Manager, the Lead will be responsible for all hub operations. Areas of responsibility: ~Accountability/responsibility for all aspects of operations including but not limited to, production, facilities, systems, logistics, materials, health & safety. ~Assist with training of employees ~Ensure production requirements and goals are met ~Set up, operate, and maintain equipment in accordance with written and verbal instructions ~Ability to troubleshoot, resolves problems, and helps implement corrective actions ~Implementation of new equipment and/or processes ~Compiling and furnishing production information and statistics as requested

Position Requirements:

Position Count: 1... Approximate Weekly Hours Range: 40-50... Work Days: Mon-Fri.... Daily Start Time: 6:30 am..... Ending time will vary daily depending on the work volume and business needs. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, dependable and independent worker with strong organizational, technical and mechanical skills. Essential requirements: ~Minimum of 6 months as a Lead or Supervisor and 1 year minimum experience in a production environment preferred ~Mechanical/technical aptitude ~Experience troubleshooting machinery and systems ~Experience in hooking up systems, and in first-level troubleshooting. ~Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet ~High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required ~Clean DMV record and valid drivers license ~Ability to lift 50 lbs. ~Must be able to successfully complete a DOT physical and drug screen and pass a criminal background check Education: ~High school diploma or equivalent We offer and excellent salary and benefits package including: ~Medical ~Dental ~Vision ~401k with match ~Employee stock purchase plan ~Ongoing training and development ~Educational assistance ~Free Netflix membership
