PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
2nd or 3rd Shift

Description: Responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring the quality and efficiency of production throughout all departments on designated shift. Responsible for the development and supervision of associates, adherence to company policies and procedures and resolution of problems. Ensure adherence to ISO standards and documentation.

Requirements:
? 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment;experience in a lean manufacturing environment preferred.
? Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Demonstrated ability to lead teams toward goal attainment.
? Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.
? 2-year college degree a plus.
