PURCHASING MANAGER
Five Star Manufacturing is currently seeking a Purchasing Manager for our facility in Crest Hill, IL.
Five Star Manufacturing is a small but growing manufacturer of specialty clamps located in Crest Hill, IL. We are currently seeking an energetic ambitious Purchasing Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience in purchasing and supplier negotiations. Candidate should have some knowledge of ISO, college degree and be a team player. Experience in metal fabrication industry is a plus.
ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing use of raw materials and components. Work with suppliers on reducing costs. Placing purchase orders with vendors. Monitor vendor performance. Handle supplier nonconforming materials. Contribute to company?s growth and continuous improvement efforts.
