Requirements:
? 5+ years experience operating, troubleshooting & repair of high speed packaging or related production operation
? Nice to work with, self-motivated, team player, helpful, flexible
? Knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out, Machine Guarding & Electrical Safety Regs.
? Demonstrates Safe Work Practices
? Committed to continuous skill development
Primary Function:
? The purpose of Packaging Technician position is to operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair high speed Packaging Line equipment to achieve safety, quality and finished case output requirements on our high speed aerosol and liquid packaging lines.
Duties:
? Operate, maintain, troubleshoot & repair packaging line equipment (including: depaletizers, unscramblers, fillers, cappers, labelers, case formers, case packers, shrink wrappers and palletizers)
? Changeovers & Preventative Maintenance
? ISO Control Plan adherence
? Works on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems
? Continuous improvements to Packaging Line Outputs

Additional Information
Work Schedule consists of either:
12 hour shift - 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (2 on ? 2 off, 3 on ? 2 off, 2 on ? 3 off schedule)
8 hour shift ? 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM OR 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM (off every other weekend)
