Pharmaceutical Quality Technician

Must be able to:

Operate basic analytical instrumentation.
Maintain accurate, detailed records of work performed
Assist in ensuring testing is in adherence to schedules.
Removal of laboratory waste streams.
Perform physical testing.
Read and interpret USP and laboratory methodology.
Follows Tevas Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned or as business needs require

Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required with High School level Algebra/Science; Associate's degree in a scientific discipline preferred.
Ability to perform routine laboratory testing on finished dosage products
Knowledge of and experience in various types of analytical testing, including Wet Bench Chemistry, Spectrophotometry, Titrimitry and Particle Size Technology and the instrumentation involved with this testing
Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
Must be accurate and concise in documentation
Able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work in a team environment through cooperative participation in department and interdepartmental teams
Able to work overtime, including weekends, when required
Knowledge of MS Word and Excel applications required.
