Plant Inspector

• Evaluation, testing and documentation of returned products from customers using visual, mechanical & electrical testing methods and tools
• Inspect, verify and document all incoming materials using visual, mechanical & electrical testing methods and tools
• Document vendor non-conformances
• Document manufacturing non-conformances
• Maintain and audit non-conforming material log and process
• Maintain and audit Corrective and Preventive log and process
• Generate and follow through with corrective actions
• Assist manufacturing department in creating and updating manufacturing procedures and work instructions
• Assist President in developing vendor and manufacturing Quality requirements. Collect and enter data to determine and prioritize problem areas and measure defect rates. Implementing any necessary corrective action.
• Conduct random interim quality evaluations and document results
