Plant Leader - Santa Clara

As part of the ISB operations group, Santa Clara is an insulation product plant in CA that focuses on safely producing Residential Insulation for the contractor and the retail markets. Plant annual product volume is 260 million pounds at a sales value of more than $136 million. A strong alliance with Marketing/Sales, Product Management, the Technical Organization and all Supply Chain related departments is key to execution of strategic plans.

This position leads the Santa Clara ISB manufacturing facility and is a member of the ISB manufacturing NLT. The Plant Leader is responsible for delivering on all plant, business and division manufacturing goals. They must be an agent for positive change, continually raising the bar with the objective of attaining and sustaining "world class manufacturing" performance as defined by the OC "20 keys."

The Plant Leader will spend most of their time inspiring, supporting, facilitating and communicating to others, driving relentlessly towards zero injuries, zero waste, growth with our customers, financial achievement through productivity and the development of extraordinary talent.

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
