Plant Manager - Plastics

Plastics manufacturer is seeking an experienced Plant Manager or Production Manager for it's manufacturing facility.  This individual will be responsibile for production, scheduling, delivery, quality, customer service, maintenance, safety and financial performance in addition to working with sales and marketing in order to identify and secure profitable revenue growth.

 

The requirements for this position include:

 

- a 4 year degree (preferred but not required)

- 4-7 years experience in plastics molding or glass processing

- proven leadership skills 

- experience with 5S, lean manufacturing and quality certifications

- a stable employment history with few employer changes

 

The company is offering a base income of $60-80K, bonus capability and excellent benefits.
