Job description

On behalf of our client we are looking for a talented and experienced Plant Manager to lead this 50 employee non-union facility and make it even more successful.  If you have at least 5 years of operations or engineering management experience, previous P&L responsibility, and strong experience with lean manufacturing apply today!  The successful applicant will report to the VP of Operations and will manage and lead all functions in this plant.

 

 Requirements

To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you must have the following:

 

?  A Bachelors Degree in an Engineering or Business discipline is required

?  5 + years of operations or engineering management experience in a manufacturing environment is required

?  Previous P&L responsibility is a must

?  Experience with and knowledge of lean manufacturing, six sigma, 5-S, continuous improvement, and other lean methodologies is required

?  Plastics experience is a plus ++

?  Customer interface experience is a plus +
