Arrow Grinding is stable employer that is celebrating its 50th year in business! We are a leading provider of precision grinding services and close tolerance parts in Upstate New York. We have a strong reputation for providing high quality workmanship. Our work mainly consists of prototype parts to low production quantities.

We are looking for someone who experienced or interested in learning centerless, Blanchard and other types of precision grinding and machining.

Duties and responsibilitiesSetting up machines and running jobsReading blueprintsSetting up and using gages and instrumentationOrganization and cleanliness of work areaMaintaining all documentation
