Principal Business Planner

Job Description: Raytheon Professional Services (RPS) is looking for a Business Management Analyst. This position will be responsible for supporting business unit planning and management to include pricing and cost analysis associated with business strategy, new business, and investment; customer and internal business case development, competitive anlaysis, make/buy; business and program risks/opportunities; indirect cost planning; business and program metrics establishment and tracking; support development of the Annual Operating Plan; resource planning; program cost and schedule management and earned value implementation and management. Determines customer requirements and translates these requirements into organizational plans.



Job duites include, but are not limited to:
-New Business
-Business Management
-Reporting
-Business Metrics (Establish, Track Performance and Update)


Required Skills: (specialized experience/knowledge/skills for job)
-Minimum of six years experience in a operations or business management role
-Working knowledge of cost and schedule planning and management. Oracle experience a plus
-Minimum of two years of internal/external customer interation
-Demonstrated skills in leading, able to run a discussion and accomplish stated objectives
-Ability to work with all levels of employees
-Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint


Desired Skills: (other skills/abilities which will be helpful)
-Experience in training/learning industry a plus but not required





Required Education: (including major)

Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Finance or equivalent experience
