Print Production/Traffic Coordinator - Great project mgmt role!

We are currently seeking a sharp, motivated individual to join our close-knit team. This growth-oriented position provides a great deal of exposure throughout the company. Primary responsibilities include: 
Monitoring the production of the collateral materials (postcards, brochures, letters, etc.)
Tracking approvals utilizing spreadsheets
Creating schedules
Communicating with vendors and internal and external customers
Acting as liaison between consumer engagement and client services
Completing ad-hoc projects



Print production, traffic coordination or related experience with print collateral is required, as is a background in customer service. General computer proficiency is also required. Must demonstrate initiative, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in the healthcare or medical field is a plus.
