A Wisconson based paper processing company has released the requirements for a Processing Technical Services Engineer. This job is located in Michigan. Qualifications for the position include:
2 - 5 years process/operations experience as well as strong technical and people skills. Pulp & paper industry is preferred but other industries, such as boiler / evaporator, will be considered. Candidates must have the desire to move into operations (if current experience is on the technical side) and the ability and desire to move to up within the organization into an ever more responsible management role in the future.
Additional desired skills include, fundamental process engineering skills (mass and energy balances), the ability to distill data into information and clearly communicate conclusions to operations management. Also must have the ability to function well in an union environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Six Sigma & have kraft pulping experience. Chem E, ME, EE or other engineering discipline plus. Relo available for the right candidate.
