Process Engineer Technician

Fast-growing entrepreneurial company based in O?Fallon Mo. is seeking a process engineer technician to work with the current operations manager to achieve the company?s growth objectives.? The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor degree in a technical field or have equivalent related experience; must have project management and organization skills; a current and thorough knowledge of PC software applications; knowledge of Word, Excel and MRP systems.? Should have sufficient knowledge of statistical analysis and ability to organize data acquisition performed.? Candidate will be required to lead the quality dept. and manage process changes.? Must have the self-discipline to exceed with minimum direct supervision.? Ability to lead, facilitate and participate in cross-functional team environments is essential.?
