Cytec Engineered Materials is a global Technology leader in advanced materials for aerospace and other extreme-demand environments.  We specialize in the manufacturing of composites, adhesives, resins and primers for commercial and aerospace applications.  Our company is growing and we are looking for two qualified process engineers who would like to grow with the company.

Job Qualifications:

v  BS Degree in Chem/Mech Engineering preferred or 5 years experience in process engineering.

v  Support troubleshooting of ongoing production process and develop root cause solutions.

v  Lead development and introduction of new manufacturing technologies and continuous improvement of existing process.

v  Knowledge of Web Processes, coating and converting techniques and mixing operations

v  Six Sigma, lean tools and techniques desired.

v  Familiar with BAAN and Lims is a plus.

v  Experience with waste reduction is critical.

 

Candidates must be hands-on engineers who are able to work independently and collaboratively.  Good interpersonal and networking skills a plus.  Must be able to able to handle fast paced manufacturing environment.
