Job Description

Lead a team of process engineers and process technicians in the Metal/Thin Films/CMP process center to achieve site level objectives.

- Provides technical support and leadership to operations team
- Coordinate cross function improvement teams
- Anticipates and prevents problems, generates alternatives and implements creative solutions for complex problems. Applies this approach to improve efficiency, cpk, yield and defect density.
- Work closely with development engineering team in the development and transition of New Products and/or Processes successfully into high-volume production
- Keeps up to date with technology developments in the industry and applies knowledge to products and processes. Support in strategic planning of capital projects, operating budget and technology/capability road maps.
- Prepares performance and development plans for team. Creates an environment conducive to open communications. Acts as mentor and coach.
- Develops and delivers presentation/reviews to executive management.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
BS Degree in Engineering with 10 years in Semiconductor Industry, 5 years of High Volume Manufacturing, 2 years in Engineering Management
