Product Development Formulation - Wisconsin

Do you have hands on product development experience and a strong desire to develop products from idea to production?  Then let's visit about this opportunity!  This client company is on a growth wave and entering into a new area of production.  Thus they are looking for a Product Development champion to join their growing team.  Your main charge will be to develop egg based products for the food service industry.Beyond your bench top work, you will provide technical direction in the development of new or improved products and processes that promote the sales and growth of the new business lines.  You will work with shelf stability, ingredient substitutions, cost savings, flavor, texture, convenience composition and nutritional values.  You will be in a highly visible role in the company and with customers.  This may involve up to 20% travel time in the Midwest.

 

Critical requirements beyond degree and industry experience:
