The?Product Development?Leader is responsible for managing all Product Development Team activities to satisfy the market and our internal high performance requirements.? This individual will ensure successful product introductions by leading multi-functional teams including engineering, marketing and manufacturing personnel from product conception through launch.? Additionally, the Product Development Leader will be responsible for the development of detailed business plans for presentation to management outlining all facets of the program?including how market needs are being met and financial forecasting.

Specifically, you will:
?
Lead new product development project teams using the Stage-Gate development process.Delivery of products that meet business and customer targets. Financial management of piece costs, tooling? cost, capital investment and engineering, design and development costs.?? Management of program schedule & deliverables.?Meet with key individuals in market place, including sales staff and customers, distribution channels, vendors, manufacturing staff.Develop prepare and propose business cases to senior management for product and product approval or re-direction.

QUALIFICATIONS:BS in Business or Engineering5+ years?related work experience in business/product development environmentWorking knowledge of sales/marketing, manufacturing & finance processes? Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead projects from inception through completionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsInjection molding experience a plus
