Product Management Black Belt

CITY: Billerica STATE: Massachusetts COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional team empowered to develop GE Sensing product hierarchy map, and linking that to financial systems.
* Develop opportunities for growth through product lifecycle management and proposed process improvements, and metrics and tools development for the commercial teams.
* Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to improve process capability in product management, by facilitating cross-functional project teams.
* Identify and manage resources required to successfully execute process improvements and metrics implementation.
* Complete 2 Black Belt projects, and coach commercial team in the use of Lean Six Sigma/ DMAIC tools for product lifecycle management.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Minimum 5 years experience with successful track record of results.
* Six Sigma certified.
* Proven team leadership skills.
* Ability to influence and motivate others in matrix organization.
* Experienced change agent using statistical analysis in decision-making.
* Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
* Excellent growth traits and communication skills.
* Proficient with Minitab and Six Sigma/ CAP methods.
* Building excellent working relationships with Technology, Finance, and Global Supply Chain teams essential to being successful in this position.
