Productin Swing Shift

Job Description: Employees will be working primarily on our jacket line, where they take cable jacket tubing and stuff it with the wired cable. The stuffing may be done by an automated machine or manually. In addition, the cables need to be cleaned with alcohol and dusted with powder. The work tasks are repetitive, requiring use of hands, arms and shoulders. Employees are instructed to take frequent mini stretch breaks at their work station in addition to their normal lunch and work breaks.

Job requirements:
follow verbal and written instructions carefully
be willing to ask questions when job or instructions are unclear or they need clarification
perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
be able to occasionally lift spools weighing up to 25 lbs (can ask for assistance if necessary)
be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
be able to work with chemicals such as alcohol and powder
be able to work in a manufacturing environment which requires use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses

have good attention to detail and quality
have good attendance
be able to work well with other employees
