As a Production Agent Trainee, you'll be on the front-lines--working tirelessly to ensure they don't leave stores empty handed this holiday season.? Some of the things you'll do:
Operate and maintain production equipment to package products in our state-of-the-art distribution facility
Utilize specifications, oral, and written instruction to assemble products and subassemblies
Monitor and evaluate line flow and suggest necessary process or personnel adjustments
Monitor quality of product produced
Monitor inventory
Test products
Keep work area clean and in compliance with safety guidelines

?Summary of Requirements
Basic math skills and PC skills
Accurate counting ability
Ability to distinguish colors
Good manual dexterity
Ability to operate automated packaging equipment and perform basic maintenance on equipment in assigned work area
Ability to operate pallet jacks, cardboard compactors, electric scales, box knives, and tape guns
Ability to work independently
Ability to read and write technical information and/or instructions
Ability to complete forms, logs, and other company documents
Ability to comprehend written and verbal information regarding commonly used work processes, procedures, methods, equipment
Effective customer service skills
