Production Associate

CITY: Salt Lake City STATE: Utah COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Perform routine electronic and electro-mechanical operations of sub assemblies and final assemblies.

Follow standard operational procedures in performing wiring, component preparation and installation. Both hand crimping and automatic machines are utilized.

Component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing where method is well defined.

Learns and becomes proficient in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintains practices at all times

Read and follow schematics, bills of material and drawings as required.

Maintain inventory, configuration and production control integrity.

Learns and becomes proficient in the proper usage of company MRP II system as it relates to material tracking and status.

Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies.

Basic reading, writing and mathematics skills

Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED

Demonstrate ability to read, speak and understand basic English

Ability to communicate well and work with others

Desired:
Basic knowledge of manufacturing systems related to production, quality and inventory control
