This position will be responsible for the following duties:

 

-Daily execution of Microsoft Access query to generate priority work order reports.

-Accountable for daily releases of planner work orders to the manufacturing floor.  The work order packets consist of (work orders, material pick lists, and engineering prints).

-Responsible for Varco OSVP transactions which include creating Purchase Order.

-Review Oracle data for accuracy and completeness with regards to open work orders.

-Assist daily planners in the release of discrete jobs or other tasks.

-Maintain inventory, planner codes and WIP data on common drive.

-Interact with cross-functional teams to optimize the delivery of product to the customer.

-General clerical support for the Planning and Forecasting groups.

 

Education/Experience:

 

Qualified candidates are required to possess a high school diploma and 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

 

Skills/Abilities:

 

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.  Must have working knowledge of Oracle.  Strong computer skills are mandatory (Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
