Ingersoll Rand Climate Control Technologies Sector is seeking an experienced Production Floor Supervisor for our Chino, CA location.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the general supervision of the Focus Factory Manager for Case Manufacturing, The Production Floor Supervisor will supervise assigned Production Floor lines/cells and drive the need to meet business goals efficiently and safely. Incumbent will implement Lean concepts into production processes; collect, analyze and audit data and specified metrics; provide suggestions for process improvement and cost reduction; manage production schedule, inventory control, material presentation, and quality/safety. Incumbent will work in a union environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise assigned Production Floor lines/cells.

Implement Lean processes. Recommend and Implement process improvement and cost reduction.

Manage production schedule. Collect, analyze, maintain ownership of various manufacturing data.

Manage materials presentation, production quality and safety.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Incumbent must have Bachelors Degree in Indstrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.

Must have atleast 3 years experience supervising Production lines.

Experience in a unionized environment a plus.
