Production Leader/Team Leader - 2nd Shift

We have an excellent opportunity for you to join a growing global automotive supplier as a Team Leader ? 2nd Shift at our Spartanburg, SC Plant.

OVERVIEW:

The Team Leader is responsible for providing leadership for a group of associates focused on producing quality parts in an efficient and cost effective fashion. The Team leader is accountable for providing a safe, well organized work environment.

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Associates degree or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred; 2 -3 years of automotive experience preferably in a supervisory role.
