We have an excellent opportunity for a Production Line Supervisor at our Baldwin, Wisconsin location.

In this position, the successful candidate will:

1) Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production employees which may include, Hardware, EPS, Steel Pan, and Shipping.

2) Provide training for the safe and productive manufacture of quality product in a timely manner.
Job requirements are as follows:

* Minimum supervisory experience of 1-3 years.

* BS Degree (Engineering or business related) is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Ability to express ideas clearly both in written and oral communications.

* Knowledge of the processes and equipment specific to the manufacturing process.

* Knowledge of basic computer operation.

* Ability to plan and organize assignments
