Production Manager - Production/Steam/Electric 70-80 K/yr

Excellent position for a PROCESS MANAGER in eastern Georgia. Requires 5+ years experience with providing steam, compressed air, gas, fuel oil, raw water treatment, and electric power for a manufacturing facility. Prefer two years relevant technical training or must have equivalent experience. Must be organized and have ability to plan work processes, lead teams, and resolve personnel and technical conflicts.

Position will oversee staff providing steam, compressed air, gas, fuel oil, raw water treatment, and electric power; inspects and checks equipment to assure proper operation and recovery operations; administer preventive maintenance programs and employee safety and training. May also be responsible for
recovery operations. Will direct supervision of production crew; oversee the operation of recovery boilers, power boilers, turbine generators, evaporators, demineralizer trains, electrical system and compressed air system; provide for development and implementation of training for direct reports; responsible for safe work environment, including conducting safety meetings, observations and correcting unsafe behaviors and conditions; provide documentation/record keeping for training and qualifications; responsible for meeting and exceeding established production and quality goals; audit work systems to ensure consistent operation.
