Production Operators and Team Members

Unilin Flooring employs Machine Operators and Production Team Members/Forklift Operators to run our production lines and manufacture high quality laminate flooring.  All production positions require a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, basic computer skills and eligibility to work in the U.S.   Candidates must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

 

Machine operators set up and operate highly automated, numerical-controlled production lines, perform quality control checks, report production, ensure safety compliance and maintain housekeeping standards.

 

Production Team Members/Forklift Operators safely use forklifts to efficiently supply production lines with materials; load and unload WIP and finished goods; and use bar code scanners and computer terminals to accurately record material movement.  2+ years forklift experience is required for this position.

 

All production departments operate on a continuous basis, utilizing a 12 hour shift schedule, and production workers are required to work every other Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
