Production Painter - Aircraft Interior Parts

AIM Aviation, Inc., Aircraft Interior Manufacturer is seeking a skilled production painter for its manufacturing site in Renton Washington.

Job Purpose:

Produces painted surfaces by determining painting requirements; preparing surfaces; applying paints; maintaining equipment.



Duties:

* Applying adhesives, primers and top coats using HVLP spray equipment in a fast paced production environment.

?

* Maintains equipment by troubleshooting malfunctions; completing preventive maintenance requirements and schedules.


* Maintains safe conditions by following guidelines and procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous chemicals and waste.



* Prepares production reports by recording data.





Skills/Qualifications:

Candidates must have an understanding of mix ratio's and be capable of reading and following process specifications.

Position requires?wearing protective clothing including?respirator and the ability to work with Chemicals.

Experience:

Knowledge of HVLP Spray Equipment, prior Aerospace experience preferred?with kknowledge of BAC specifications a plus.
