Associated Materials is a leader in the building materials industry. We currently have expansion plans creating growth opportunities. We are actively in search of a 2nd shift production Supervisor to join our Cedar Rapids manufacturing facility. We are looking for a dynamic, results driven Supervisors with outstanding leadership credentials to drive improvements. Reporting to the Production Manager you will supervise, mentor, train, and coach the production staff to meet safety, production, and quality goals. You will be a part of the supervisory team responsible for driving process improvements, cost reductions, and establishing standards of accountability.

Degreed with one to three years industrial management experience preferred.

Process Flow and/or experience in window manufacturing supervision a plus.
