We are seeking a degreed, experienced supervisor with 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial position within a food/beverage manufacturing arena for our Kenosha, WI facility. You will be responsible for a team of approximately 30 employees and will be responsible for the processing/packaging/sanitation activity including maintenance support, process control coordination, quality assurance and preventative maintenance adherence on a day to day basis. Candidates will also analyze and evaluate various production/operation indicators and develop corrective actions as required. They will also develop and analyze capital and expense budgets, provide development, coaching and support team members.
Experience in aseptic processing/packaging is a plus. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Agriculture or related fields; possess excellent interpersonal relations/communication skills, appropriate business management skills, solid organizational and problem solving skills. Candidates with experience in maintenance management and/or preventative maintenance systems development and enhancement are a plus.
