We are seeking a degreed, experienced supervisor with 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial position within a food/beverage manufacturing plant for our Bordentown, NJ facility. You will be responsible for providing guidance to teams of employees which support a 24/7 operation. You will be responsible for managing the processing/packaging/sanitation activity including maintenance support, process control coordination, quality assurance and preventative maintenance adherence on a day to day basis. Candidates will also analyze and evaluate various production/operation indicators and develop corrective actions as required. They will also develop and analyze capital and expense budgets, provide development, coaching and support team members. Experience in food processing and/or packaging is a plus. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Manufacturing or related fields, possess excellent interpersonal relations/communication skills, appropriate business management skills, solid organizational and problem solving skills.
