Production Supervisor - Chemical Processing

Dynamic consumer products organization seeks a production supervisor for their chemical processing area.  This first line supervisory role will manage 20-35 technicians.  Duties include executing the daily production schedule, recording and communicating shift results, training, manage Quality/Release process and all required documentation, process improvments, managing weekly team production meetings, etc.

 

Qualifications:Degree in Chemical Engineering2-5 years of experienceFactory or consumer products experience preferredMust have strong technical and process experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills requiredShift flexibility
