Our Hampstead, NH facility has an exciting and challenging career opportunity for a Production Supervisor.

This position is responsible for Leading production activities and coordinating safety initiatives for approximately 15 team members engaged in producing the best plastic containers in the business.

The successful candidate will effectively communicate with all plant personnel to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in addition to meeting our valued customers specifications. This exceptional person shall ensure the timeliness, cost effectiveness, quality and safety practices of all aspects of production. He/she will analyze and correct production delays and processes in a timely manner.

The person selected must LEAD subordinates by example! He/she must coordinate and communicate with the Maintenance Department to keep equipment repair schedules manageable with production requirements. This supervisor will ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and good housekeeping practices, in addition to receiving, handling, and storing of all inventories. He/she will also develop production employees in safety and prepars and train promising employees for promotion and advancement within the plant and company.

At least three years industrial/manufacturing experience with progressive responsibilities.
Blowmold/plastics experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong technical aptitude. 
Familiar with OSHA requirements and safety procedures.
Ability to manage personnel, production, inventory levels and complete shift pass information.
Hands-on leadership!!
Maintenance and/or AIB/food grade manufacturing background is a big plus.
