Production Supervisor - Lean Manufacturing
Sealy Mattress Company, the country's largest bedding manufacturer, has an immediate opportunity for an experienced production supervisor at its Kansas City, KS plant.
This position requires a minimum of seven years? manufacturing supervisory experience, preferably in a union environment, with a strong commitment to quality, safety and on-time production. Prior experience with lean manufacturing/Kaizen/TPS is a plus. An understanding of manufacturing cost systems (labor and material) as well as strong leadership and communication skills are required, and a college degree is preferred.
